La Signature plot

Messrs Liserot and Duris share the same austere office. When he shows him the painting he has just bought, Mr. Duris is surprised at his colleague's reaction. This one seems completely out of whack. Yet the canvas is neither original nor special, except for the thin, half-erased black lines.
