Anatole is an accountant and married to the imposing woman Germaine, better known as Fifille. They meet the bandit Sparadra, who lives in a notorious street. They end up in indescribable situations in the company of a somewhat crazy countess, a sophisticated vampire, the young man Oscar and his music teacher Hippolyte.
