L'Esercito Più Pazzo del Mondo plot

Two conscripts try to steal their files in the barracks to avoid their military service. However, they are caught by Colonel Thompson. Impulsively, they come up with the idea of taking the Colonel and his secretary hostage. It all gets terribly out of hand. Even the defense minister is called in, but he too does not know what to do with the situation.
