Commissioner Cemil (Kadir Inanir) is a tough police officer. One day, his daughter becomes fatally ill. What his daughter wants is that she wants to play in Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs and that the father (Kadir Inanir) gets a different direction throughout his life. He puts his job on the line and sets up a theater group in a police station to make his daughter's dying wish come true. So he asks everyone who is in jail to participate in a play.
