Knickerbocker Holiday plot
"WHEN TIMES SQUARE WAS FULL OF INDIANS...LITTLE OLD NEW YORK WAS FULL OF FUN!"
In 1650, when New York was still called New Amsterdam, Peter Stuyvesant (Charles Coburn) arrived there to fulfill his duties as governor. Stuyvesant's priority is to get rid of Brom Broeck (Nelson Eddy). Broeck is a celebrated journalist who exposes all kinds of corruption cases within the police and the government. However, because Broeck has not yet legally gone out of his way, Stuyvesant will have to wait for a valid reason, and he is not afraid to lend fate a hand.
