Kisarazu Cats' Eye: World Series plot

After the terminally ill Bussan eventually dies, he misses the company of his still-living friends and decides to return to Kisarazu. In his ghost form, however, only his most trusted friends can see him, and his meddling in the lives of the living results in the return of Ozzy and a team of deceased American baseball players who have drowned along the shores of Kisarazu. It's up to Bussan and the Cats to save the day and restore the city, but can Bussan say goodbye once and for all?
