Nayla and Fares are madly in love. But Fares is deeply in debt. His cafe has been at a loss from the get-go, and much to Nayla's frustration, he can't bring himself to the big questions of life: does he want a future and children with Nayla? Heartbroken, Nayla breaks up with one last attempt to save their relationship. Gathering her best friends for an intimate dinner, she introduces Fares to the handsome and very wealthy Silvio, the man she says she is going to marry. The man who does want children from her. The explosive news is just the first surprise of the evening, as Fares' father's homemade drink slowly derails things.
