Keepin' It Real plot

Raw-D (Kurupt) is breaking through as a new rap idol. His beautiful girlfriend Joslyn is willing to do anything for him, even to steal a tape from her father A-Train Tranton, a producer. On the perilous journey back to Los Angeles, she is chased by her father's henchmen. Her car is stolen and meets the handsome Richard. She begins to doubt Raw-D's motives and his love for her and wonders if that rap world is right for her.
