Jubilee plot

"A Reason for a small town to put on a clean pair of Undies."

In the fictional New Zealand town of Waimatua, Billy Williams (Cliff Curtis) plans to throw the biggest party ever held to celebrate the local school's 75th anniversary. With this, this good-for-nothing tries to improve relations with his family, and especially with his frustrated wife Pauline (Theresa Healey). His plan threatens to fail when an old flame of Pauline's returns.
