Mindy is a reputed con man. However, when he is caught playing cards with Triad boss Lau, he is forced to make a deal with him. He must infiltrate a prison and search for an inmate who is hiding three billion Hong Kong dollars. While in prison, he meets a thief who is wrongfully imprisoned and promises to help him with his plan.
