China is expelled from the United Nations and the embittered Chinese are out for revenge. A music tycoon named Goldsinger is complicit in preparing the evil plan to blow up the UN building. James Tont, a ludicrous secret agent with incredible luck, is summoned and, after a series of laughable events, manages to prevent the disaster.
