Is' Was, Kanzler plot

Bonn, October 1982. The German political scene turns out to be just a make-believe world controlled by the United States. For 'security reasons', the CIA arranges for a doppelganger in public places for every major German politician, including the Chancellor. But his doppelganger loses sight of reality completely and must be eliminated immediately. Unfortunately, during the action, the real chancellor is accidentally driven out in the car...
