Indovina Chi Viene a Merenda? plot

This film is set in 1943 in Sicily. Two shepherds try to escape their military service by hiding in the mountains. One night, their clothes are stolen by a bunch of American soldiers who leave their American military uniforms behind. The two shepherds don American uniforms and are mistaken for American soldiers by the Germans. They are sent to Germany as prisoners, but manage to survive the war and experience many comic adventures.
