mr. Pangbourne is the leader of a group of boy scouts who become embroiled in a murder case. The scouts are going camping in the woods where several undercover agents are busy surrounding three dangerous criminals. Pangbourne not only gets in the way of law enforcement, but is also identified as a suspect due to his strange behavior.
