"A truckload of cell phones... turns into a boatload of cash!"

Black and Blue are two petty criminals who sell TVs and stereos from their van. When a delivery person delivers a load of mobile phones incorrectly, they decide to make a profit. With the help of a local hacker and a sexy secretary, the money pours in, but then they run afoul of a major criminal.
