Two dancers, Stormy Tornado (Betty Grable) and Curly Flagg (Sheree North), have the misfortune to witness a murder. To evade the killer, the young ladies flee into a Catholic school, where they soon befriend the priests present. Older Brother Fillmore Wedgewood falls for Stormy, while Curly feels more for Father Toby Marshall. Meanwhile, the school principal has plans of his own to get rich as soon as possible.
