Hichki plot
Naina Mathur (Rani Mukerji) is an aspiring teacher who suffers from Tourette's Syndrome. Her condition causes her to make uncontrollable noises that have been compared to hiccups. Although she has not been successful in getting a teaching job for the past five years, she is supported by her mother (Supriya Pilgaonkar) and her younger brother (Hussain Dalal).
