Hacivat Karagöz Neden Öldürüldü? plot
We write the 14th century, the time of the Mongol invasions in Anatolia. A large part of the people flee to Bursa, the city where Orhan Gazi is busy laying the foundations for the Ottoman Empire. Karagöz and Hacivat are also among the refugees. Both gentlemen are smooth talkers and above all very cunning. Their paths cross when Hacivat decides to buy the sick cow from Karagöz. Soon the duo is invited to various gatherings to entertain the public. However, their performances, in which they lash out at everything and everyone, become a thorn in the side for some people at some point.
