Gyae-Got-Un Nalui Ohu plot
A heat wave ravages the residents of Seoul. Overloading the electricity supply of a neglected residential block causes a short circuit. Devoid of air conditioning and a refrigerator, the mostly female residents dress in light clothing and seek refreshment in the street. However, the heat has not prevented some men from terrorizing their wives. An untenable situation that must get out of hand. The women barricade themselves on the roof and a large police force blunderingly tries to break the resistance. Two burglars with bad sense of timing find themselves between the two fires.
