Grounds for Divorce plot

Maurice Sorbier, one of the most famous divorce lawyers in Paris, divorces his wife, Alice. She remarries Count Zappata, much to the disappointment of one of her suitors, Guido, an aviator and notorious heartthrob. Alice quickly realizes she doesn't love the count, but he refuses to grant her a divorce. At Guido's suggestion, Alice turns to her ex-husband for advice, but more importantly, for an excuse to see him again. Guido convinces the count to fly with him, and once in the air, he terrifies him with a series of dangerous stunts to get him to sign a document granting Alice a divorce.
