Gridlock plot

Quite a few people find themselves stuck in traffic in Los Angeles after a series of strange accidents. They get stuck in a so-called 'gridlock', which means that the traffic is locked, as it were. As a traffic specialist, Buzz Gregory is the one who tries to end all the misery.
