Ferrari Thunderbird Taylor is a bawdy, perpetually drunk vigilante fresh out of rehab. She decides to make plans to propose to her not so bright boyfriend Harry. That plan begins to fall apart when she realizes he's running for governor of South Carolina. His goal is to separate the state from the United States and form 'New Dixie', a place that Ferrari sees as hell on earth. Ferrari starts a race to save her boyfriend and the state from certain doom.
