After robbing Williamstown's First Union National Bank, the three bank robbers get away by tying their car to Wilbur P. Meeley's trailer. When the police find part of Wilbur's coat in the open safe, they suspect that the bank employee Wilbur was involved in the robbery. But according to Carol Meeley, Wilbur isn't smart enough to rob a bank and it shows.
