"LAUGH * SWING * THRILL*!"
This Broadway revue is about two love affairs. The romance between comedienne Joan Mason and humble Bostonian Jack Evans is shattered by Jack's cynical sister Clarabelle Evans, who opposes their relationship. The romance between wealthy British Jill Martin and Tom McGrath, the assistant of Brodway impresario George White, is a love-hate affair. Gene Krupa and his band, together with the virtuoso organist Ethel Smith, keep both couples dancing.
