Gekijouban Omae wa Mada Gunma wo Shiranai plot

Nori Kamitsuki moves to Gunma Prefecture to attend a different high school. At his new school, Nori is bullied by his neighborhood-loving classmates. One day, he falls in love with Kyo Shinoka, who also loves her Gunma neighborhood. Nori gets involved in a battle against Gunma Prefecture's rivals, Tochigi Prefecture and Ibaraki Prefecture.
