The apprentice Mike finally mustered up the courage to ask his crush Kelsey out. However, he does not have a car, so he borrows money and buys a Chrysler. The deal turns out to be a fraud, because Mike is stuck with a rust bucket. The date itself also doesn't go as expected when Mike and Kelsey are chased by the police, a criminal gang and a crazy cat lady.
