Rabbit finally gets the chance to open a legal restaurant in Beverly Hills, California. He plans to give up marijuana altogether. A woman named Tom Atkins is hired to run the restaurant. In the kitchen are the German Sal and the evil water pipe Eebee. As the clock ticks for the grand opening, Rabbit and the rest struggle to find they're out of ingredients. They decide to cook with what they have, but Eebee secretly uses weed. Will Rabbit have any chance of success?
