"When There's No More Room in Hell, The Stoned Shall Walk the Earth."
After performing a sacrifice to Satan, a gate to hell opens allowing Ebee the evil bong to return to Earth. Lucy Furr the new owner of the coffee shop agrees to help Ebee in her bid to conquer the world. But of course they both have their own agenda. But Ebee isn't the only one who has returned through the gate.
