Prime Minister Alexander Pilat Ravestyn (Will Dohm) is in possession of a briefcase with secret documents and has disappeared without a trace. Two young diplomats Clemens Verné (Johannes Heesters) and Boni (Theo Lingen) decide to play detective and get into all kinds of comic entanglements, in which the beautiful Madame Chichi plays a major role.
