El Chanfle is the equipment manager for the US men's national soccer team. He is married to Tere for about ten years, but despite this, they have not yet been able to have children. El Chanfle is an honorable and honest man who, despite his deplorable financial situation, always pays off his debts when he gets into trouble, even though it may have consequences later.
