Eine Sennerin zum Verlieben plot

Ariane Ostler (Michaela May) lives a secluded life in the mountains, accompanied by her cows. Only her daughter Victoria (Alexandra Schiffer) who studies in Munich occasionally visits. Lately she has been getting a lot of attention from Mayor Georg Ametsrieder (Gerard Alexander Held). However, she doesn't know if she can trust him, because he seems more interested in her country than in her. She gets even more worried when tax inspector Bernhard Maiwald (Günther Maria Halmer) visits her. He discovers that Ariane does not keep accounts and fines her 150,000 euros.
