Dieu Seul Me Voit plot
Albert Jeanjean, thirty years old, is a sound engineer; a job that allows him to eavesdrop on the whole world, but is left alone. He is naive and almost morbidly indecisive, but claims that these qualities are 'not mutually exclusive'. He also throws up every time he is overcome with emotions and tends to throw cold water on women who are nice to him. In the local elections he offers to count votes; this way he can make a long nose at his childhood friends and look at women's legs. Albert is not a coward, but he is simply incapable of saying 'yes' or 'no'.
