Die Eisbombe plot
19-year-old Tom has quite a few allergies and neuroses, of which a rain phobia is the most remarkable. He also has a frantic fear of women. No wonder, he was raised by a bunch of biofundamentalists who see ecological danger everywhere: rain, frozen vegetables, nothing is safe. When a mysterious, life-sized ice cube lands on the roof of their house, the family moves into the air raid shelter. Tom is not allowed to come, he has apparently already been irradiated. He seizes the opportunity to learn to stand on his own two feet.
