Der Kongreß Amüsiert Sich plot

Vienna 1965. While a group of tourists is visiting a wax museum, they stop in front of the statue of Prince Metternich. Suddenly they find themselves back in time, 150 years in the past, during the Vienna Congress of 1814-1815. The kings of Bavaria, Württemberg, Prussia and Denmark have gathered around the Russian Tsar, Alexander I. They must secure the future for Europe, which is made more difficult by the wily Chancellor Metternich, who is himself pressured by Count Talleyrand, the French representative. Only the gentlemen don't feel like talking, they prefer to party.
