Cracked Nuts plot

"The Screen's Screwiest Laugh Howl!"

Lawrence Trent wins a radio competition with his submitted slogan for a new refrigerator brand and takes home the prize of $5,000. Lawrence leaves for New York to propose to his girlfriend. Meanwhile, the unaccountable professor Boris Kabikoff builds a kind of robot. He hires a corrupt lawyer to sell the robot. Lawrence seems to be the ideal victim.
