Come Rubammo la Bomba Atomica plot

Franco is on a Sicilian fishing boat when he sees a B52 plane with an atomic bomb on board disappear in the Mediterranean. The secret services of a superpower start looking for the bomb. The organization "Spectrales" is also out for it, as speculation. And then there's Dr. Si, an insane scientist. Ciccio, who works for Spectrales, captures Franco, but when he finds that Franco doesn't have the bomb, he fears losing his job. He and Franco agree to make a fake bomb together...
