Cockeyed Cowboys of Calico County plot
Charley is a kind blacksmith, but simple minded. He sends the earnings of one year eastwards for a "mail-order bride." When he and the whole town gather to welcome her and head for the station, he is very embarrassed because the 'bride' in question never arrives. The grieving giant decides to leave the city. Unable to bear his grief and miss him, the townspeople decide to hire the new saloon girl, Sadie, to play the role of "bride" to keep the blacksmith in town.
