Celebrity plot
"A funny look at people who will do anything to get famous... or stay famous."
Lee Simon, unsuccessful journalist and wanna-be novelist, tries to get on good terms with celebrities. After divorcing his wife Robin, he meets a slew of rich and/or beautiful celebrities, partly through his journalism activities, partly because he has a script to offer. But life among the 'well-to-do' is not always easy, it is even quite difficult and if he thinks he is successful, this always leads to deception. Meanwhile, Robin meets an attractive TV producer and takes her first steps in the world of glitter and glamour.
