"JEEPERS! The CREEPERS are after BUD & LOU!!"
The bodies of Frankenstein and Dracula's monster arrive from Europe to be used in a haunted house. The managers, Wilbur Gray and Chick Young, are startled when Dracula awakens and escapes with the monster, which he wants to revive. Larry "The Wolfman" Talbot arrives from London to try and stop Dracula's nefarious schemes. Dracula bites the beautiful Dr. Sandra Mornay, who then helps him kidnap Wilbur to transplant his brain into the monster. Chick and Talbot try to free him, but when the full moon rises the Wolfman, Frankenstein and Dracula run over their tea water.
