Bouncing Babies plot

Wheezer is jealous of his little brother, who gets all the attention of his family, while being ignored and forced to act like a big boy. After failing to make his own breakfast, for which he is beaten, Wheezer tries to run away from home with Pete, their dog. Along the way, he encounters Farina, who tells him a tall tale about trading an unwanted sibling for a goat, which in turn inspires Wheezer to try the same.
