In the 1960s, a small quiet French village becomes the setting for a quarrel that will turn the lives of its inhabitants upside down. Nothing ever happens in this village and everyone lives the same boring life. Suzy and Henri own a hair salon together called 'La belle Epoque'. The life Suzy has led has always been the same, she has never jumped out of the band, she has never been really happy. Then she decides to divorce her husband after being together for 27 years. As a result, the village is turned upside down. No one has ever done anything like this.
