Papi and Chloe take their five playful pups and their owners Rachel and Sam to the swanky Langham hotel, complete with a luxury dog spa. But a problem arises when Rosa, the smallest scion, finds herself smaller and less special than ever. Now it's up to Papi to help Rosa and get her inner strength out. And it turns out to be bigger than she could have dreamed...

Sam [Marcus Coloma] and Rachel [Erin Cahill] have been married since Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2 and find their dream jobs as landscaper and sous chef at hotel 'The Langman'. The only condition is that the Beverly Hills chihuahua Chloe [Odette Annable] has to participate in an advertising campaign that will profile the hotel as the most dog-friendly hotel in the city. The tension rises when hotel reviewer Amelia Jones [Frances Fisher] comes to visit. Competition Mr. Montague [Jason Brooks] wants to throw a spanner in the works. The puppies go to school and Rosa [Kay Panabaker] feels left out. Of course, daddy Papi [George Lopez] has to do something about that. A parade of dogs in humiliating/cute (cross out as applicable) clothing and this time they even make music! The mariachis are a low point, Houndgarden gets a cautious thumbs up. There is one brilliant joke, but ironically it comes in the control of 'The Black Eyed Fleas'. Furthermore, this is downright offensive and amateurishly acted to boot.
