Balloon Farm plot

The town of Waterson is ravaged by an ongoing drought that is pushing many farmers to the brink of disaster. When Harvey H. Potter manages to conjure a sea of brightly colored balloons from a handful of choirs, it gives the inhabitants hope again. The drought continues, however, and Harvey Potter is driven out of town as an impostor. Little Willow Johnsen still believes in Harvey Potter and together they still create a miracle.
