Astolfo plot
Astolfo, a retired professor evicted from his apartment, decides to move into an old noble but dilapidated palace, the last remnant of his family patrimony in a remote village in Abruzzo, where he has not been for decades. Soon, as a newcomer, he befriends a drifter, a retired cook and a young handyman. The group of four lives harmoniously at his home when he meets Stefania, a charming and generous woman his age. Astolfo falls in love and struggles with feelings he thought were a thing of the past.
