Dickie Dreadnought (Brian Rix) is the pugnacious cousin of Pastor Sydney Mullett (Leo Franklyn). Dickie would like to take up boxing, but his uncle is of course strongly against it. He therefore pretends to be particularly religious to deceive his uncle, while his manager, the slick Wally Burton (William Hartnell), pretends to be a cleric.
