Anandi Anand plot

Prakash is a professional photographer who runs his own advertising agency. He gets into trouble when one of his models, Sheela, accuses him of sexual assault and her boyfriend Sambaji tries to extort money from him. Prakash subsequently gets help from his friend Bhalu. The latter comes up with the plan to convince Sheela that Prakash and his wife are getting divorced and that he can then marry Sheela. None of this plan goes smoothly, leading to a lot of confusion and problems.
