"Why change the channel when you can just blow it up?"

After a failed prank at school, Paul is sent to the big city by his mother to live with his father, a television mogul. His girlfriend Donna goes with him. Paul's father gets the two jobs at a television station, which Paul and Donna soon use as a springboard to embark on a career in media terrorism.
