Al Malaika la Tuhaliq fi Al-dar Albayda plot

Due to poor economic conditions, Saïd has to leave his village to look for work in Casablanca. For that, he leaves behind his pregnant wife and young son. This is completely against the wishes of his wife. She begs him in her letters to come back, because in her eyes "Casablanca is a city that eats men". Saïd works in a restaurant here with Ottman and Ismail, with whom he shares an apartment. In this apartment, which belongs to their boss, they live in poor conditions. They each have their own dreams that don't seem to stand a chance in the raw reality.
