"All New! All Wild! All Fun!"

Two American police officers, Slim and Tubby, are in London to study police tactics. When they end up in jail, they are released on bail. The deposit was paid by Dr. Jekyll, who has committed several murders of fellow doctors, who laughed at him for his experiments. He's planning more murders. At one point, Tubby is injected with the serum, which turns Jekyll into Hyde.

Better than its predecessors Abbott and Costello Go to Mars and Abbott and Costello Meet Captain Kidd. This is based on the story and the character of Boris Karloff. In this film he only plays the role of Dr. Jekyll. After the transformation scenes, stuntman Eddie Parker took over the role of Mr. Hyde. Although the story clearly deviates from the usual Jekyll/Hyde story, there are several references to the two classic characters. In addition, the film contains clear references to Bud Abbott Lou Costello Meet Frankenstein. The music from this film is also reused.

Not the best of the duo, but fortunately there is still plenty to laugh about.
