1st Sem plot

Sixteen-year-old Maru Marasigan is going to study at a prestigious university in Manila from the province. His mother Precy and his large family are going with them. Precy is very emotional about the event and that is close to Maru's heart. Soon he returns home and begs his mother that he can study at a college closer to home. Precy, however, resolutely sends Maru back to Manila, but he ignores that order, which does not benefit their relationship.
